Sunday Workouts Went Well

For those of you who passed along well-wishes for our workouts yesterday, it went very well.  Sarah and I got to take our bikes out on the road together for the first time in six months, and we had a great ride.  After 2 hours, 38 minutes riding around Northwest Indiana, I got off the bike and ran for 25 minutes, and I felt great.  Achilles continues to be a bit sore, but SOOO much better than a few months ago.  There is still hope!  🙂
